Shipping Information

Orders on Abitare are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9am and 5pm.

As every order is different, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, value and destination of the purchased items.

All delivery options available for the order and to the destination will be reported during the order process.

Keep in mind that the provided shipping times should be used as a guide and do not guarantee 100% the exact delivery date. Abitare cannot take any responsibility for customs clearance delays, environmental accidents or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delay.


Duties and Taxes

We include the cost of taxes in the orders to all the European countries, for some countries there might be, depending on the item purchased and on the delivery country, duties to be payed when the order arrives at destination.

You may cancel an order placed in every moment without paying any additional if the order has not already entered manufacturing process or been dispatched from the warehouse.

For delivery to customers outside of the European Union, the price you pay will not include all the relevant import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office or respective tax authority for further information on the amounts you will be required to be once the purchase is delivered.


Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We will always be in touch for any further information or assistance, to guarantee a quick and smooth delivery.

Depending on your location and on the items purchased, delivery times may vary. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with the delivery stages of your order and, once possible, with the estimated arrival date.

Tracking numbers and codes will not be available as we never use express shipping companies (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.) into our logistic chain, in order to minimize the damage risks. Our logistics partners are only companies specializing in furniture shipping and assembly.
