Returns

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned undamaged, unused and clean, with the original packaging included
  • Items must be returned in the original box

Please take care when unpacking your purchases, you need to return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

In order to return an item, you firstly need to contact our costumer service via e-mail at [email protected]. We will take into account your request, evaluate the issue and get back to you within 2 days (maximum).

Cancelling an Order

Depending on where you are located, you may also choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you choose this option you will get the full refund of the amount payed for the purchase (including logistics costs), but you will be in charge for the costs to arrange the return of the goods purchased to our warehouses (shipping-back).

Refunds

Once your return request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued on the credit card used for checking out. We will keep you updated on every step along the way.
If you wish, we may immediately issue the full-refund as credit to get anything else from our catalogue on Abitare.io. The amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.

Faulty Items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on the site, please advise customer service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or a return to be arranged for defective item.
