In case you receive a damaged or wrong item, our policy allows you to activate your insurance service and get back the whole amount payed and reported in your proforma invoice.

Please take care when unpacking your purchase, once started the insurance activation, you will need to provide relevant evidences of the damage.

It might often be of help having photos of the damaged package, before unpacking, in order to prove that the damage is imputable to the transportation.

In order to activate the insurance service, you need to get in touch our costumer service via e-mail at [email protected]. We will immediately evaluate your request and follow you in the next step to get your full-value refund.


Cancelling an Order

Depending on where you are located, you may also choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you choose this option you will get the full refund of the amount payed for the purchase (including logistics costs), but you will be in charge for the costs to arrange the return of the goods purchased to our warehouses (shipping-back).


Faulty Items

It is our aim that every item arrives in good conditions and without manufacturing errors. If you receive the wrong item or you receive it in a flawed or damaged condition, please get in touch with the customer service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or a return to be arranged for defective or wrong item.
